What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of IT engineers, managing hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
• Set and drive the 12-18 month IT roadmap, aligning with business goals and automation initiatives.
• Partner with Security, Corporate Engineering, and People Operations to deliver seamless onboarding, offboarding, and secure access management.
• Oversee the administration of Apple MacBook devices, MDM, and productivity SaaS platforms.
• Manage Audio/Video systems and provide excellent onsite and remote IT support.
• Represent IT to leadership, translating technical work into business impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Canada (Hybrid role).
• 7+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, including team leadership.
• Strong experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and access management tools.
• Proven track record in IT workflow automation and development languages.
• Familiarity with security hardening, endpoint auditing, and compliance best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
