IT Senior Support Analyst (Onsite Vancouver)

Location: Onsite in Vancouver, Canada; international travel may be required to support global offices, onsite initiatives, and company events.

Salary: CAD 76,236–95,296 annually, with potential eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary IT support contact for the Vancouver office and resolve local end-user inquiries.
• Provide support for hardware, software installation and access, networks, productivity suites, video conferencing, identity management, and client devices.
• Investigate, prioritize, track, and resolve incidents and service requests, including escalations and outage communications.
• Recommend troubleshooting and technology improvements to support infrastructure and application stability.
• Coordinate with global IT teams, internal and external service providers, business partners, and local vendors.
• Mentor service desk staff on new technologies and contribute to talent development and end-user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, information systems, information security, engineering, or a related business or technology discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry and 5+ years of system administration experience.
• Solid understanding of load balancing, TCP/IP, IP, DNS, HTTP, and basic networking.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise productivity and collaboration systems such as Google Workspace and Slack.
• Ability to work onsite in Vancouver, Canada.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell, Perl, VBScript, SQL scripting, or similar scripting and parsing languages.
• 3+ years of cloud experience with AWS or Azure, including cross-region deployment.
• Experience supporting IT in a multi-site, international environment.
• Familiarity with IT service management principles and tools.
