Location: Onsite five days per week at the Santa Clara, California office
Salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, conference rooms, and other office technology.
- Set up and configure new-hire equipment, user accounts, access permissions, and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, connectivity, and audiovisual issues across the office.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account setup, and equipment collection.
- Track IT inventory, assets, equipment lifecycles, support issues, resolutions, and internal processes.
- Maintain office infrastructure and coordinate with vendors on hardware, internet, networking, cabling, and access-point issues.
Requirements
- Onsite availability five days per week at the Santa Clara, California office.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems support.
- Production-environment experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Experience administering Google Workspace and supporting iOS and Android devices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi.
- Familiarity with Jira Service Management, Confluence, printers, conference-room AV systems, and workplace IT equipment.
Nice to have
- Experience with UniFi, Meraki, Fortinet, or similar networking tools.
- Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
