Payroll Implementation Manager (HRTech)

Salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year

hirify.global is modernizing the back-office for farms with an HR platform covering workforce recruitment, onboarding, payroll, insurance, and financial services for agricultural workers.

What you will do

• Own payroll implementations from importing historical payroll data through tax configuration and go-live.
• Audit company, employee, tax filing, and historical payroll data to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
• Guide customers through their first payroll run and enable them to manage future payrolls independently.
• Act as the customer advocate within hirify.global, managing expectations and resolving implementation concerns.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal.
• Create playbooks and scalable systems for future payroll implementations.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish is required.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll implementation management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building processes, customer-facing materials, playbooks, and scalable systems from scratch.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate with executives and individual contributors internally and externally.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, customer advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
