DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Build and evolve infrastructure as code with Terraform, Python, and Bash on Google Cloud Platform.
• Deploy and manage critical applications on Kubernetes using Helm and ArgoCD.
• Develop self-sustaining on-premises infrastructure and self-deployable environments for development and QA teams.
• Create bare-metal Ubuntu images with Packer and provision them through MaaS.
• Build self-provisioning virtual machine environments using K3s and KubeVirt.
• Develop CI/CD workflow actions and integrate Nexus, JFrog Artifactory, Harbor, Quay, and Google Cloud Storage.

Requirements

• Kubernetes application deployment with Helm or ArgoCD.
• Docker experience.
• Configuration management with Ansible or similar tools.
• Monitoring and metrics experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tools.
• Bash scripting expertise and basic Linux proficiency.
• CI/CD pipeline development with GitHub or GitLab, Jenkins, YAML, and Groovy.

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or experience with other cloud providers.
• Linux administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
• On-premises Kubernetes deployment and administration.
• Virtualization experience.
• Python or Golang programming knowledge.
• CI/CD automation, scripting, and CI system integration or optimization experience.
