Senior DevOps Engineer (Crypto)

Location: Remote; candidates must be based in the US, EU, or UK

What you will do

• Own and evolve CI/CD infrastructure with GitHub Actions and Kubernetes.
• Automate building, signing, distribution, and app store submissions for iOS, Android, and Chrome.
• Improve end-to-end test automation with Maestro and Playwright across mobile and web.
• Optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and observability for high-confidence releases.
• Partner with engineering teams on developer experience, preview environments, and tooling such as Appetize.
• Set standards for secure build, test, release, and deployment workflows in a financial product environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Systems Engineering, or a related field, operating at a senior or staff level.
• Strong experience with AWS and CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Experience supporting production mobile application CI/CD and release infrastructure for iOS and Android.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or another environment with significant security and compliance requirements.
• Strong track record of improving developer workflows and partnering across engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native, Expo, mobile preview environments, or Appetize.
• Blockchain or crypto experience.
