Technical Program Manager (GPU and Data Center Deployments)

Location: Hybrid in Palo Alto, California, United States

Salary: $245,000–$310,000 annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of GPU cluster activations and data center infrastructure programs through operational handoff.
• Drive deployment plans, dependencies, and critical paths across hardware, networking, power, cooling, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Coordinate engineering, infrastructure, procurement, operations, vendors, contractors, customers, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage physical and logical bring-up activities, including on-site deployment and rack cabling.
• Present executive-level status updates covering schedules, risks, decisions, and escalation paths.
• Build roadmaps, risk registers, RACI matrices, decision logs, runbooks, governance frameworks, and scalable automation workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years delivering complex data center physical infrastructure programs or large-scale GPU/AI cluster deployments.
• Experience bridging construction handover and cluster deployment; network-only or construction-only experience is insufficient.
• Hands-on GPU cluster deployment and activation experience, preferably with NVIDIA infrastructure.
• Understanding of compute, networking, storage, security, power density, cooling, CDU/DLC, low-hirify.globalge systems, commissioning, and deployment sequencing.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, long-lead procurement, hardware supply chain constraints, and concurrent programs across multiple sites or regions.
• Strong technical communication, executive presentation, stakeholder alignment, influence-based leadership, and automation skills.

Nice to have

• Startup or scale-up experience combined with enterprise infrastructure experience.
• Background at NVIDIA, Intel, Dell, Cisco, Verizon, AT&T, or another Fortune 100 infrastructure company.
• Experience managing BPO or contract labor pools during large-scale hardware deployments.
• DCD, PMP, CDCPM, CDCMP, CDCP, or comparable certification.
