Technical Program Manager

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $208,000–$263,000 per year, plus equity

Build and operate large-scale AI compute infrastructure, including power systems, data centers, liquid cooling, electrical distribution, and modular facilities.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project management for concurrent data center design and solution-delivery programs through construction-ready handoff.
• Build and maintain integrated master schedules across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, technology, and specialty design disciplines.
• Establish program governance through milestone gates, design review cadences, change control, and decision logs.
• Create program templates, playbooks, and systems that help engineering teams execute efficiently.
• Identify risks, interdependencies, and blockers early and drive them to resolution.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical program management for complex design or construction programs.
• Ability to build and manage integrated master schedules across multiple design disciplines.
• Experience establishing governance structures, including gates, change control, and decision logs.
• Ability to create playbooks, templates, and execution systems for technical teams.
• Strong risk, dependency, and issue-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center or mission-critical design programs.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Owner-side design and engineering project management experience.
