Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Center Expansion

Location: Hybrid, with an office in Helsinki, Finland or London, UK, or a remote arrangement; significant travel to data center sites is required during fit-out and deployment.

What you will do

• Own master schedules and critical paths across site fit-out, electrical and thermal systems, cabling, networking, hardware deployment, commissioning, and operational handover.
• Coordinate architecture, engineering, hardware, networking, operations, procurement, contractors, and OEM partners including Supermicro.
• Manage dependencies, risks, budgets, RAID logs, stage-gates, reporting, and escalations across the program.
• Lead acceptance criteria, punch lists, documentation, and the operational handover of completed sites.
• Standardize sequencing, dependencies, and hand-offs into a repeatable expansion playbook.

Requirements

• Proven technical program management experience with complex, multi-team infrastructure builds in data centers, construction, telecom, or large-scale IT deployment.
• Ability to build and own critical-path schedules across parallel workstreams and hold teams accountable to delivery.
• Experience coordinating engineering, construction and fit-out, hardware deployment, networking, operations, vendors, and contractors.
• Understanding of data center build lifecycles, including power and cooling commissioning, structured cabling, GPU/HPC deployment, and operational handover.
• Strong risk, dependency, stakeholder, vendor, and contractor management skills, including RAID logs, stage-gates, and escalation.
• Track record of standardizing repeatable delivery processes across multiple projects or sites.
