Program Manager (Data Center Development)

What you will do

• Own the program management operating rhythm for a multi-GW portfolio of data center sites from LOI to construction handoff.
• Architect and maintain a stage-gate framework to track site progress, utility locks, and lease execution.
• Build and manage tooling and data pipelines to provide leadership with real-time visibility into schedule, cost, and risk across 20+ concurrent projects.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external developers, utilities, and legal to ensure deal-to-power timelines remain under six months.
• Manage the handoff of signed sites to delivery and operations teams with complete documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and running program management infrastructure for large, concurrent capital project portfolios.
• Expertise in designing stage-gate or milestone frameworks and enforcing them across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to track 20+ workstreams with high precision and attention to detail.
• Strong coordination skills across legal, finance, construction, and external counterparties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder decision-making.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center development, powered shell, or build-to-suit projects.
• Knowledge of utility coordination and power delivery timelines.
• Background in construction program management at campus scale.
• Familiarity with BoP scope and construction handoff processes.
