Location: Edinburgh, UK; regular travel to customer sites may be required, with projects involving up to five days away from home per week.

What you will do
- Analyse healthcare customer processes, identify functional gaps, and recommend solutions using standard products.
- Lead solution presentations, customer induction workshops, product demonstrations, and implementation consultations.
- Produce business requirements, process maps, solution designs, validation scripts, and handover documentation.
- Configure customer sites and participate in validating system configuration and migrated data.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues, coordinate fixes with project and product teams, and distinguish defects from change requests.
- Prepare training materials, train customer trainers, support dry runs, and provide on-site go-live support.
Requirements
- At least three years of healthcare experience with in-depth knowledge of PAS rules, workflows, and requirements in UK private and public hospitals.
- Excellent communication and consultative skills, including experience delivering customer training, workshops, and presentations.
- Experience working directly with customers and clinicians and communicating confidently with stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to multidisciplinary teams, writing functional documents, and mapping business processes.
- Knowledge of information systems and experience with software implementation, testing, or customer-facing IT services.
- Availability to visit customer sites and travel regularly when assigned to implementation projects.
Nice to have
- Experience as an Application Specialist or Configuration Specialist.
- Experience with change management and software testing.
- Experience working with public-sector, government, or private healthcare stakeholders.
- University degree in science, engineering, or a clinical discipline.
