What you will do

• Administer SAP user access, including provisioning and modification of roles across environments.
• Maintain SAP role structures and ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP roles, from design and testing to deployment and retirement.
• Execute periodic reviews to support audit and GRC processes, including firefighter access reviews.
• Oversee vendor resources, prioritizing work and monitoring adherence to SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorization and security access issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct SAP Security and Role Administration experience.
• Experience with SAP GRC and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
• Proven track record in SAP user provisioning and access governance.
• Experience supporting internal and external audit and compliance activities.
• Experience working within a production enterprise SAP environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SAP FI, FSCD, or other financial modules.
• SAP GRC certification or specialized SAP Security training.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar access request systems.
• Knowledge of SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure Entra ID.
