What you will do

• Design tailored network solutions for client and business requirements.
• Provide Level 3/4 production support for the corporate enterprise network, including problem identification, documentation, and customer or vendor communication.
• Verify hardware and software requirements and design or configure LAN, WAN, data center, and voice network technologies.
• Provision, install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and support network equipment.
• Document small- to medium-scale projects and present technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Analyze complex situations, mitigate risks, recommend process improvements, and escalate issues when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Advanced understanding of technology drivers, architecture design, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and applicable policies.
• Proficiency in more than one infrastructure technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain self-directed and accountable.

Nice to have

• Technical certifications, with CCNP preferred.
