What you will do

• Support, optimize, and modernize enterprise WAN, LAN, wireless, voice, telecommunications, branch, corporate, data center, and contact center connectivity.
• Serve as a Tier III escalation resource for complex network, wireless, WAN, voice, and telecommunications incidents.
• Design, configure, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, wireless platforms, SD-WAN components, and supporting network services.
• Lead medium-to-large infrastructure deployments, technology refreshes, modernization projects, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Partner with security and infrastructure teams on network segmentation, access control, secure connectivity, PCI initiatives, and defense-in-depth architecture.
• Perform incident response, root cause analysis, change management, documentation, vendor coordination, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent related experience.
• At least eight years of enterprise networking and/or telecommunications experience.
• Experience with Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco ISE, Catalyst Center, and enterprise wireless platforms.
• Experience supporting large multi-site enterprise networks and infrastructure in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of network segmentation, PCI DSS, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, FFIEC guidance, GLBA, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with network automation using Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, Ansible, or related tools.

Nice to have

• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent certification.
• CCIE certification.
• Experience with voice, unified communications, telecom carrier management, or Genesys Cloud.
