Network Engineer 3

Location: Onsite at a hirify.global corporate office in Columbus, OH; Birmingham, AL; Tupelo, MS; Atlanta, GA; Detroit, MI; Minnetonka, MN; or Houston/Dallas, TX

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 annual base salary, with eligibility for applicable incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide Level 3/4 engineering support for the corporate enterprise network.
• Design and configure LAN, WAN, data center, and voice network solutions.
• Provision, install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network equipment.
• Deliver production support through problem identification, ticket documentation, and customer or vendor communication.
• Document small- to medium-scale projects and present technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Recommend process improvements, analyze risks, and act as an informal technical leader on tactical problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related network engineering or solutions engineering experience.
• Advanced technical expertise in network infrastructure, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and architecture design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, multitask, and prioritize.
• Ability to work onsite at one of the specified hirify.global corporate office locations.

Nice to have

• CCNP or other relevant technical certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or Arista routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Professional experience with Ansible and Python automation tools.
• Incident response experience and cross-functional collaboration with other lines of business.
• Experience with multiple infrastructure technologies and hirify.global policies.
