Chief of Staff (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the GTM operating rhythm, including business reviews, OKR tracking, and leadership- and board-ready reporting.
• Bridge strategy and execution across Product and GTM, translating priorities into coordinated action and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain single sources of truth and ensure important information is accurate, actionable, and shared with the right stakeholders.
• Turn ambiguous priorities into structured plans with clear owners, timelines, and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to the SVP, represent her in meetings when needed, and help build the GTM organization as it scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, ideally combining management consulting in strategy or operations with hands-on GTM experience in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
• Experience at a top-tier technology company or fintech, with an understanding of GTM strategy and execution in regulated, trust-driven markets.
• Based in Toronto and willing to work closely in person with the SVP and leadership team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and action.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear plans with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including board-ready narratives, executive briefs, and concise alignment updates.
