Chief of Staff, North America (Education)

Location: Vancouver, Canada, hybrid

Salary: CAD $120,000–$180,000 base annually, plus equity, depending on experience

What you will do

• Partner with the North American leadership team to refine strategy and priorities.
• Drive cross-functional projects across Growth, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and People.
• Support new market launches and commercial rollout plans.
• Build operating cadence, dashboards, and decision-making systems for scale.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and outcomes.
• Address urgent business problems that do not yet have a clear owner.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in consulting, investing, high-growth startups, strategy, operations, revenue, marketplaces, or another demanding generalist environment.
• Demonstrated record of exceptional performance and delivering meaningful outcomes.
• Strong analytical judgment and clear, logical, compelling communication.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work between strategy and hands-on execution.
• High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, curiosity, drive, and low ego.
• Genuine commitment to the education mission.
