Founders Associate, North America

Location: Vancouver, Canada, hybrid

Salary: CAD $70,000–$110,000 base per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Partner with leadership to refine strategy, priorities, and the operating cadence.
• Drive cross-functional projects across Growth, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and People.
• Support new market launches and commercial rollout plans.
• Build dashboards and decision-making systems for business growth.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and measurable outcomes.
• Address urgent business problems that do not yet have a clear owner.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, investing, startups, strategy, operations, finance, marketplaces, revenue, or another demanding analytical or generalist environment.
• Strong analytical judgment and clear, logical, compelling communication.
• High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and a relentless focus on outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and move between strategy and hands-on execution.
• Curiosity, low ego, and the ability to ramp quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Genuine interest in the education staffing mission.
