Digital Delivery "BIM" Director (Data Centers)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida

hirify.global builds and operates data centers for AI, colocation, cloud, and Bitcoin mining workloads at the intersection of technology, energy, and infrastructure.

What you will do

• Develop and enforce the BIM Execution Plan and enterprise-wide standards for model creation, file structures, naming conventions, and data interoperability.
• Govern Autodesk Construction Cloud, including permissions, submittal workflows, model publishing, and issue tracking.
• Build the digital delivery framework for coordinating, reviewing, and handing over project data across internal teams, EPC contractors, and design consultants.
• Lead multidisciplinary clash detection and model coordination across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Drive CMMS planning and asset data integration so construction data transitions into operational maintenance systems.
• Evaluate digital twins, CFD modeling, reality capture, and AI-assisted coordination tools, while delivering training and conducting BIM quality audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in BIM management, digital delivery, or project controls within industrial, energy, or data center sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, including workflow customization, permissions management, submittals, and model coordination.
• Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, or comparable BIM and model coordination platforms.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms, ISO 19650 principles, BIM Execution Plans, and coordination with external EPC partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to process improvement.
