BIM Specialist (Revit)

hirify.global’s Engineering department develops Balance of Plant and Nuclear Island power products.

What you will do

• Create and manage models and drawings for power plant parts, assemblies, modules, and structures.
• Manage model parameters and associated data.
• Develop and maintain model templates, data templates, and BIM/VDC standards.
• Coordinate engineering decisions across multidisciplinary teams in the BIM environment and CDE.
• Prepare models for low- and high-fidelity use cases, including geometry simplification for FEA where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a BIM/VDC-related role.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Inventor, and ACC.
• Strong knowledge of BIM principles and workflows, including CDE, LOD, and 4D+ modeling.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with modular prefabrication or parts fabrication.
• Knowledge of parametric modeling, shared parameters, and formulas in model workflows.
• Knowledge of structural, mechanical, or process engineering concepts.
• Experience simplifying geometry for FEA.
