Maintenance Engineer (Electronics)

Location: Hsinchu City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan

What you will do

• Execute routine preventive maintenance for production equipment.
• Resolve equipment failures, conduct root cause investigations, and improve equipment reliability and capability.
• Improve equipment software and hardware in line with production requirements.
• Evaluate equipment risks and develop contingency plans.
• Create and standardize maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Provide engineering support to engineering, production, and improvement teams while applying Six Sigma, lean production, and SPC methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automatic control, electronics, electromechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and knowledge of PLC and HMI systems.
• Documentation, computer, and presentation skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Availability for holiday shifts approximately once every two months and night shifts approximately once per year.
