Maintenance Technician III

Location: Kaohsiung City, Taiwan; fixed day or night shift

What you will do

• Support daily production plans, equipment setup, and pre-production inspections.
• Manage equipment checks and provide troubleshooting and daily maintenance support.
• Support Process and Equipment Engineers in resolving critical quality and production equipment issues.
• Report EHS concerns and incidents immediately and perform daily EHS, material, equipment, and personnel checks.
• Support NPI, continuous improvement, safety improvement, and 5S initiatives.
• Work with shift leaders to train operators, maintain safe and productive operations, and support team morale.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of plant production leader experience is preferred.
• Experience with equipment setup, daily equipment management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing 5S in a production environment.
• Operational knowledge of 5S, EHS, lean manufacturing, and quality.
• College degree or related technical education.
• Basic English reading and writing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
