Maintenance Technician III

Location: Kaohsiung City, Taiwan; fixed day or night shift

What you will do

• Support daily production plans and act as a first-line shift resource for safe, on-schedule production.
• Set up production equipment and tooling, perform pre-production inspections, and complete daily equipment checks.
• Manage equipment and provide troubleshooting and daily maintenance support to Equipment Engineers.
• Support Process Engineers in resolving critical quality and production-equipment issues.
• Support new product introduction, continuous improvement, and safety improvement initiatives.
• Report EHS concerns and incidents, support operator training, and help maintain team morale, safety, and productivity.

Requirements

• Experience with equipment setup, daily equipment management, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Experience implementing 5S in a production environment.
• Operational knowledge of 5S, EHS, lean manufacturing, and quality practices.
• College degree or higher in a related field.
• Basic English reading and writing skills, plus working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Availability for a fixed day or night shift in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• More than three years of production leader experience in a plant environment.
