What you will do

• Oversee daily delivery station operations, including planning, resource allocation, and last-mile delivery execution.
• Lead, recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations team.
• Conduct daily briefings, align staff with targets, and reinforce company values.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve service issues and coordinate with transport, HR, and customer service teams.
• Maintain compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience managing delivery station or last-mile logistics operations.
• Ability to allocate resources and maintain adequate staffing for changing operational demands.
• Experience with recruitment, training, performance management, and team motivation.
• Ability to monitor KPIs, improve operational performance, and resolve service issues.
