Test Technician (Mechanical) (Aerospace)

Location: Moses Lake, Washington, United States; work at the Moses Lake Test Site.

What you will do

• Build fluid, electronic, and structural test stand systems.
• Prepare the test facility for test operations.
• Troubleshoot test-related issues and support general test operations.
• Fabricate parts and assemblies from blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and standard shop equipment.
• Work directly with design and test engineers while learning and self-directing in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to prove identity and authorization to work in the United States.
• Must meet applicable ITAR requirements or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
• Ability to fabricate parts and assemblies using shop equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to stay focused, move quickly, self-direct, and learn on the fly.
