Accounting Manager (Robotics)

Location: Addison, Texas, United States; onsite. Ability to travel to international locations once or twice per year is required.

Salary: $90,000–$147,000 annually plus a discretionary annual performance bonus.

hirify.global is a robotics startup developing autonomous indoor robots for hospitality and other consumer environments.

What you will do

• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax return preparation, foreign entity filings, and quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740.
• Manage transfer pricing compliance, intercompany transactions, and global tax strategy initiatives.
• Advise on cross-border transactions, restructurings, business expansions, and M&A due diligence and integration planning.
• Maintain the general ledger and sub-ledgers, reconcile accounts, and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare accounting reports and financial statements, analyze financial information, and support forecasting and budgeting.
• Develop accounting policies and business processes, strengthen internal controls, and coordinate audits and external advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 6–8 years of accounting experience, including 3–5 years in accounting management roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting procedures, financial regulations, and employer taxes.
• Experience in a finance role with tax-related responsibilities, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on working style.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple time zones; NetSuite, Google Sheets, and Avalara experience is highly preferred.
