Business Development Manager (Travel Insurance)

What you will do

• Develop near-term and long-term business opportunity pipelines aligned with growth targets and strategies.
• Own partnerships from initial discovery and negotiations through agreement finalization and partner support.
• Generate leads, evaluate opportunities, and secure distribution and growth partners.
• Collaborate closely with travel advisors, travel agencies, and travel service providers.
• Represent hirify.global at professional forums, conferences, and events in the travel and insurance sectors.

Requirements

• 4+ years of business development experience in the travel insurance industry.
• Experience working with travel advisors and agencies.
• Proven success in B2B2C sales and negotiations.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently while building professional relationships.
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
