Business Operations Manager Thailand (Travel Tech)

What you will do

• Improve commercial performance with existing hotel partners.
• Support hotel registration and onboarding processes.
• Monitor rates, availability, and cooperation terms to maintain competitiveness.
• Use analytical tools to develop data-driven sales strategies and identify supplier-performance gaps.
• Identify technical anomalies affecting hotel visibility, bookings, or revenue and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and support teams, run partner events, and develop market collaborations.

Requirements

• Must reside in Thailand; the role is fully remote.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, revenue management, or e-commerce within travel or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the Thai travel market and local hotel industry.
• Experience driving sales, developing business, negotiating commercial terms, and increasing bookings or revenue.
• Ability to analyze booking and revenue data and understand pricing, discounts, cancellation policies, commissions, and rate types.
• Technical understanding of system deviations affecting hotel visibility, booking performance, or revenue, with the ability to coordinate fixes.
