Senior Manager, Platform & Strategic Operations (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid

Salary: $170K–$220K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and scale operational tooling across support, onboarding, and post-sale workflows.
• Direct workflow automation and internal tool development, partnering with BizApps and Engineering to improve cross-system reliability.
• Lead operational discovery, research, pilots, and workflow design with Product and Operations.
• Own launch readiness and operationalization for new markets, service lines, and strategic initiatives.
• Build scalable playbooks, documentation, training, and knowledge systems across markets and service lines.
• Drive AI-forward automation, reduce manual work, and mentor operators across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, Product Ops, Platform Ops, or a similar cross-functional function.
• Experience implementing and scaling operational systems, tooling, workflow automations, and processes.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to turn complex real-world workflows into scalable processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning senior stakeholders across Operations, Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Clear communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical audiences, with high ownership and sound judgment.
• Experience managing or building a small team when the role includes direct reports.
