Junior Implementation Manager

What you will do

• Support onboarding and implementation sessions for new MSP partners, managing project timelines and client communications.
• Plan, schedule, and co-host client-facing webinars and classroom training sessions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, customer-facing materials, and internal and external video training content.
• Maintain the customer-facing learning management system and keep partner content current and accessible.
• Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot implementation issues and provide solutions, with occasional support for client tickets.
• Monitor client satisfaction, understand business requirements, and help improve onboarding processes and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Some experience in implementation management or project management is advantageous.
• Strong project management, client communication, organisation, and planning skills.
• Previous general administration experience is essential.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation and processes, meet deadlines, and maintain close attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and interest in continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; Microsoft stack expertise is preferred but not required.

• Experience contributing to video and educational content.
• Technical knowledge of the Microsoft stack.
