Project Manager (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Receive and develop client project briefs to clarify scope, deliverables, and requirements.
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure creative output meets the client brief.
• Manage project delivery through design and artwork, including timelines, schedules, project plans, and resource planning.
• Track project costs and budgets to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage team data and produce monthly reports and trackers.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day activities and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working on print, digital, and marketing projects.
• At least 5 years of experience using workflow management tools.
• Client-facing experience with excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Advertising agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Financial services experience is beneficial.
