Senior Project Manager (CyberArk)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global IT, infrastructure, security, and service transformation programmes across multiple workstreams.
• Develop project plans and manage interdependencies, timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Own project governance, performance reporting, budgets, resource allocation, and programme board updates.
• Manage internal teams, third-party partners, vendors, procurement processes, and compliance activities.
• Engage senior and executive stakeholders, provide trusted advice, influence decisions, and maintain alignment.
• Coach and mentor project managers and contribute to delivery capability, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale IT, infrastructure, or security programmes with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong experience in project governance, budgeting, risk management, programme reporting, and change delivery.
• Experience with IAM tooling and implementation, specifically CyberArk.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple geographies and complex organisational structures.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; PRINCE2, MSP, APM, or equivalent certification.

• Experience with Agile, SAFe, or Lean delivery methodologies.
