Staff Sales Support Specialist

What you will do

• Execute quote-to-order and order-to-fulfillment workflows with accuracy, completeness, and process compliance.
• Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders according to pricing, approval, and documentation standards.
• Validate commercial, legal, fulfillment, and financial requirements before order submission.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, orders, and related records across CRM and go-to-market systems.
• Coordinate order handoffs and issue resolution with Sales, Finance, Legal, Fulfillment, and Business Operations.
• Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, exceptions, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in a support, operations, revenue operations, business operations, or go-to-market-adjacent role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and other go-to-market tools.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in transactional, high-accuracy environments.
• Ability to follow standardized processes while exercising sound judgment when exceptions arise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
