Lead HR Business Partner (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $88,000–$154,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the senior HR strategist for engineering, operations, and functional client groups at Fab 8.
• Translate business priorities into workforce planning, organizational design, talent acceleration, and leadership capability initiatives.
• Lead performance management, talent identification, retention, succession planning, and development programs.
• Partner with Employee Relations and Legal on investigations, conflict resolution, performance concerns, and sensitive separations.
• Coach managers and mentor less-experienced HR business partners on feedback, documentation, performance, and difficult conversations.
• Analyze Workday workforce data and build dashboards and talent trackers to support leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial strategic HRBP experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or technical/engineering environments.
• Experience influencing Director-level and senior leaders and advising on high-stakes people decisions.
• Strong employee relations experience, including complex investigations and sensitive separations.
• Strong analytical, business storytelling, coaching, change management, and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of employment law; Workday experience and routine use of AI tools in HR are expected.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience and prior semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech experience.
• Experience supporting 24/7 shift-based manufacturing operations and multiple client groups.
• Master’s degree, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification.
• Change management certification or experience leading large-scale organizational change.
• Experience championing AI or automation adoption.
