Sr HR Business Partner

Location: Hybrid role based in Wilmington, Delaware, with approximately 60% onsite attendance; 15–25% domestic and international travel required.

Salary: $181,200–$283,125 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop coordinated talent and workforce plans for global supply chain and sustainability organizations covering approximately 600 employees.
• Advise VP, AVP, and executive leaders on organization design, succession, M&A, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Lead talent and capability reviews for C-suite direct reports and calibrate succession and talent decisions across businesses.
• Resolve complex cross-functional workforce challenges using data, external perspectives, and HR expertise.
• Coach HRBPs across countries and regions and direct resources for major talent and organizational initiatives.
• Lead regional HRBPs and consultants while coordinating delivery across business leaders, HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience in complex, global organizations.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience partnering with leaders in logistics, supply planning, manufacturing, or related functions.
• Expertise in strategic talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and organizational consulting.
• Experience advising VP-level and executive leaders on complex organizational and talent matters.
• Strong business, financial, and HR acumen, executive presence, consulting and coaching skills, and fluency with AI-enabled HR capabilities.
