What you will do
- Provide administrative support to the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction department.
- Maintain procurement files, engineering records, construction reports, and EPC project databases.
- Coordinate team travel, meetings, agendas, minutes, and action-item follow-up.
- Prepare presentations, training manuals, and other departmental documents.
- Support procurement by liaising with suppliers and processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Assist with project schedules, deadlines, and day-to-day EPC coordination.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least three years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Administrative Assistant or similar experience, preferably in construction.
- Strong organizational, planning, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction terminology and processes is preferred.
