Robot Delivery Technician (Robotics)

Location: On-site in Jersey City or Hoboken, United States

Salary: $21–$23 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare, inspect, assemble, maintain, and repair delivery robots for each shift.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Deploy and support robot fleets across active markets.
• Collaborate with engineers to test new functionalities and provide feedback for hardware improvements.
• Conduct routine inspections, log performance data, and ensure robots meet safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical experience in diagnostics, repair, or maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in robotics, electronics, bike shops, or similar environments.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience in robotics or engineering.
• Experience with semi-autonomous robotic systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and performance tracking.
• Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
