Field Technician (Robotics)

Location: On-site near Woodinville, Washington, United States; regional travel required.

Salary: $30–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Support customers during robot deployment and post-sales operations.
• Assist sales teams with on-site product demonstrations.
• Monitor customer robot fleets and evaluate operational performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize customer downtime.
• Document operational data and prepare performance reports.
• Share customer needs, product feedback, and improvement opportunities with internal engineering teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or software systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and independent-working skills.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to pass and maintain a DOT medical certification.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree, technical certification, relevant experience, or coursework in mechanical, electrical, or software fields.
