Sr. Director - Transformation Portfolio Management

Location: Somerset, NJ, USA

Salary: $185,000–$225,000 annual pay range, including base salary and bonus

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise transformation portfolio from intake and prioritization through governance, delivery oversight, and benefits realization.
• Direct portfolio-level orchestration and executive visibility across strategic, multi-year Lighthouse Programs.
• Design and manage demand intake, qualification criteria, prioritization frameworks, resource planning, and portfolio trade-off decisions.
• Establish executive governance forums, steering committees, portfolio reviews, and leaderhirify.globalp reporting.
• Coordinate Program Leads, Product Managers, ERP and IT leaders, business sponsors, Finance, Change Management, and other stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior Program Management and Business Analyst talent within the function.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in portfolio management, program management, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• 7+ years of senior leaderhirify.globalp experience overseeing complex transformation portfolios at an executive level.
• Expertise in portfolio governance, intake and demand management, prioritization, capacity planning, value realization, and executive reporting.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformations such as ERP implementations, platform deployments, mergers and acquisitions integration, or operating model transformation.
• Ability to work with CEOs, CFOs, executive leaderhirify.globalp teams, and board-level audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related advanced degree.
• PfMP, PgMP, PMP, PMI-PBA, MSP, SAFe, Prosci, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, ServiceNow SPM, Planview, Smartsheet, or Jira Align.
• Background in management consulting or experience leading AI, data platform, and operating model transformations.
