Senior Manager- SAP/ERP- Training & Deployment (SAP/ERP)

Location: Remote with approximately 50% travel to field locations, acquired businesses, deployment events, and leadership meetings.

Salary: $113,300–$150,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise deployment planning and execution for mergers and acquisitions integration and field locations.
• Partner with M&A, operations, IT, finance, supply chain, training, and functional leaders to define integration requirements, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Build readiness plans covering site preparation, business process adoption, training, data readiness, cutover, and hypercare support.
• Direct field deployment teams before, during, and after go-live, including role definition, escalation paths, and performance measures.
• Maintain deployment playbooks, readiness criteria, governance routines, reporting, and issue-resolution processes.
• Communicate deployment status and risks to senior leadership while driving mitigation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in deployment leadership, field operations, business transformation, M&A integration, ERP implementation, program management, or a related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex change across distributed field locations.
• Experience with operational readiness, change adoption, issue management, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to supervise, coach, develop, and manage field deployment team members and support resources.
• Ability to travel regularly and work in office and outside field environments; must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
