Program Manager, Business Operations Transformation (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic transformation programs supporting business operations and supply chain objectives, including plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance reviews, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Sales, and business units, ensuring accountability for deliverables and outcomes.
• Support enterprise S&OP and IBP maturity by coordinating demand and supply reviews, tracking decisions and metrics, and facilitating consensus planning.
• Lead business process mapping, redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on forecasting accuracy, inventory visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Support planning, analytics, supplier collaboration, and data exchange system deployments, including requirements, UAT, training, and readiness reviews.
• Drive dashboards, data governance, stakeholder communications, workshops, training, adoption monitoring, and escalation of organizational barriers.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs in technology, semiconductors, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Demonstrated success driving enterprise process improvement initiatives and experience working with global teams and complex stakeholder structures.
• Understanding of S&OP, IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management processes.
• Experience with ERP, planning, analytics, or supply chain management systems, plus strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and project management software.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, presentation, influence without direct authority, structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, organization, and execution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma.
