Salary: $149,900.00–$214,150.00 per year

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic transformation programs supporting business operations and supply chain objectives.
- Develop program plans, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, governance reviews, and executive reporting.
- Support S&OP and IBP maturation, including demand and supply reviews, consensus planning, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards.
- Lead business process mapping, redesign, continuous improvement, and future-state operating model initiatives.
- Coordinate enterprise planning, analytics, supplier collaboration, UAT, training, and deployment readiness activities with IT and business stakeholders.
- Drive supplier data exchange, data governance, master data management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational adoption.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in program management, operations, supply chain, business transformation, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing large cross-functional programs in technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Understanding of S&OP, IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Experience with ERP, planning, analytics, or supply chain management systems, plus strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or engineering required.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, influencing, analytical, organizational, and execution skills.
Nice to have
- PMP, APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
