Salary: $134,000 - $248,000

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution to align with enterprise priorities.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to drive accountability.
• Conduct change impact assessments and create risk mitigation strategies to maximize adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across different time zones to ensure seamless integration.
• Coach and support teams to build transformation capabilities and maintain momentum.
• Draft and present progress updates and communications for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or a related field.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or change management programs in complex environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for solving complex challenges.
• Proficiency in program management methodologies and change management frameworks.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York City for a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (PMP).
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
