Location: Hybrid in New York City (at least 3 days a week in-office)
Salary: $134,000 - $248,000

What you will do
- Lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution to align with enterprise priorities.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to drive accountability.
- Conduct change impact assessments and create risk mitigation strategies to maximize adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across different time zones to ensure seamless integration.
- Coach and support teams to build transformation capabilities and maintain momentum.
- Draft and present progress updates and communications for executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or a related field.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation or change management programs in complex environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for solving complex challenges.
- Proficiency in program management methodologies and change management frameworks.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York City for a hybrid schedule.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (PMP).
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
- Experience working with global teams and navigating diverse cultural dynamics.
