What you will do

• Perform moderate-complexity clinical laboratory testing according to approved SOPs and applicable CLIA, CAP, and Florida regulations.
• Prepare, process, analyze, verify, and document patient specimens and results with full traceability.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, including Abbott Alinity systems.
• Complete operational checks, quality control activities, reagent management, and review of QC trends and deviations.
• Maintain inspection-ready standards through accurate documentation, safety compliance, proficiency testing, audits, and inspections.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and technical teams and support peer knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of clinical laboratory experience in a moderate- or high-complexity laboratory setting.
• Active Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license with generalist designation covering clinical chemistry, hematology, and immunology.
• Hands-on experience with clinical chemistry and immunology testing.
• ASCP certification.
• Experience with the Abbott Alinity system.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami.
