Technical Delivery Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom

Base salary: £75,000–£175,000 GBP per year, plus a possible discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Own post-sales delivery across multiple strategic customer accounts.
• Oversee hirify.global project delivery from inception through launch, ensuring deployments meet executive and business sponsor expectations.
• Manage multiple large-scale enterprise technology projects and establish realistic development guidelines.
• Work directly with project, executive, and business stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and platform adoption.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Product Support, and regional delivery partners.
• Mentor team members through coaching, actionable feedback, and career development support.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering enterprise technology solutions within banking or financial services.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders, business sponsors, internal teams, and delivery partners.
• Experience mentoring and developing delivery professionals.
• Hands-on ownership of enterprise solution delivery and customer outcomes.
