Technical Success Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Edinburgh, UK. Applicants must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available. Occasional client travel may be necessary.

What you will do

• Advise clients and implement scalable, best-practice solutions in existing hirify.global environments.
• Own high-value client outcomes, navigate technical limitations, and manage expectations and communication.
• Drive project progress across simultaneous client engagements and communicate project health to senior leadership.
• Partner with Account Executives, Support Leads, Product Managers, and R&D to improve business-as-usual services and client self-sufficiency.
• Develop scalable processes, pre-configured templates, tools, and methodologies that reduce project effort and timelines.
• Advise clients on modeling and examining financial instruments and assets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in project management, financial services, or consulting.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and different source systems, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to ambiguity, and solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and communicate effectively with partners by email, phone, and face-to-face.
• Right to work in the UK from the first day of employment is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment management software implementations.
• Client-facing experience.
• Ability to program or script in Python.
• Experience with Databricks and Claude.
