• Oversee go-to-market planning, including operational readiness, training, and committee approvals.
• Identify and remove program-level impediments to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop materials for firmwide committees and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of industry experience in the commercial banking domain.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts.
• Technical proficiency to drive functional flows and manage dependencies across system components.
• Experience working within scrum teams and leading Agile ceremonies.
• Superior communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholder management.
