Transaction Banking Delivery Program Manager, Vice President (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, United States; onsite office location

Salary: USD 125,000–250,000 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex, strategic cross-divisional initiatives with product, design, engineering, operations, risk, sales, and business teams.
• Plan and execute product and feature delivery, tracking project plans, commitments, risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
• Shape strategic visions, forward-looking roadmaps, and demand backlogs with product owners while balancing competing priorities.
• Identify, escalate, and remediate program-level risks and impediments through stakeholder and executive engagement.
• Manage go-to-market readiness, including training, communications, operational preparation, and committee approvals.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and firmwide committees across project management, business analysis, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of industry experience in commercial banking.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Technical proficiency in functional flows, architecture, system dependencies, and cross-team delivery; coding is not required.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
• Experience working in Scrum teams and leading Agile ceremonies.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders.
