Location: Onsite in Louisville, Colorado, United States. Travel up to 5%.

Salary: $126,887–$166,127 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

  • Lead spacecraft manufacturing across multiple satellite configurations, including bus assembly, payload integration, and launch base integration.
  • Own spacecraft assembly and integration execution against engineering requirements, quality standards, and production schedules.
  • Develop work instructions and manufacturing processes to improve yield and reduce cycle time.
  • Investigate non-conformances and lead root cause and corrective action efforts.
  • Design and own large-scale ground support equipment for spacecraft manufacturing and integration.
  • Partner with engineering, supply chain, and suppliers on design for manufacturing, producibility, and material first-pass yield.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience manufacturing spacecraft or complex electromechanical systems in an aerospace or space environment.
  • Hands-on manufacturing and testing experience.
  • Deep knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD; SolidWorks preferred.
  • Proficiency with product lifecycle management tools.
  • Must satisfy U.S. export-control and ITAR eligibility requirements, including U.S. person status or the ability to obtain required authorizations.
