  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials, specifications, quality requirements, and GD&T.
  • Understanding of DFM/DFA principles and the ability to work directly with technicians, operators, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Must comply with U.S. space-technology trade restrictions; the role requires documented U.S. Person status or the ability to obtain an applicable trade license.

Nice to have

  • CAD experience supporting fixtures, tools, templates, or production aids.
  • Experience with MES, ERP, PLM, new product introduction, production ramp, or prototype builds.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing, PFMEA, control plans, process validation, equipment implementation, layout planning, capacity analysis, or line balancing.

Culture & Benefits

  • Fast-moving, hands-on production environment with close collaboration across Design Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Health, vision, and dental benefits.
