Senior Implementations Manager (Fintech)

hirify.global provides payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia and is expanding into Greater China and Latin America through APIs, eCommerce integrations, applications, KYC solutions, and fraud prevention.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise and mid-market clients from post-sale handover through go-live.
• Build and manage implementation plans covering milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
• Lead API integrations, payment method configuration, system alignment, and workflow design with client and engineering stakeholders.
• Coordinate Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams to resolve blockers and deliver successful client outcomes.
• Facilitate client workshops, solution discussions, training, status reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Improve onboarding processes, tooling, and playbooks, then ensure a clear handover to Customer Success or Account Management.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, professional services, or project management within B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
• Proven experience leading enterprise implementations from post-sale handover through successful go-live.
• Strong project management skills, including management of timelines, dependencies, risks, escalations, and concurrent projects.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, or technical product implementations, with the ability to translate technical concepts for clients.
• Experience managing enterprise stakeholders and working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Compliance.
• Business proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to support Greater China clients.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, regulated environments, or enterprise implementations in Greater China.
• Consulting, system integration, or professional services background.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Jira, Asana, or Notion.
• Experience with multi-market implementations, data migration, system mapping, workflow design, or process improvement.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies and scaling implementation operations.
