Senior Delivery Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Assess Agile maturity, working practices, challenges, and improvement opportunities across Product and delivery teams.
• Shape and advocate for the Delivery Framework in partnership with the Head of Delivery.
• Define and track north star metrics for delivery performance.
• Coach, mentor, and guide teams through delivery challenges and organizational change.
• Identify and remove impediments to fast, high-quality, high-value delivery across Product Engineering and Operations.
• Take ownership of business-critical delivery initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and principles, with the ability to adapt them to real-world team needs.
• Experience leading complex, business-critical projects across multiple teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience implementing change through both people-focused and process-focused approaches.
• Ability to analyse trends, impediments, and opportunities and develop continuous-improvement solutions.
• Right to work in the jurisdiction where the role is performed is required.
