Product Manager (AI)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $205,000–$255,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead product initiatives that improve military staff workflows and operational coordination.
• Work closely with planners around the world to conduct research, elicit requirements, and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Work across product squads and domains to create a seamless user experience.
• Apply design thinking to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems, and prototype and test solutions.
• Communicate clearly with engineers, designers, end users, and C-suite stakeholders while taking ownership of product outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience developing B2B/SaaS products using modern collaboration tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of current web technologies and best practices.
• Ability to understand complex systems and workflows, with strong attention to detail and pragmatism.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, iterative, scrappy, and solutions-oriented approach with an owner’s mentality.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of or interest in the military and defense technology space.
• Experience working autonomously in ambiguous environments.
